Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What should I wear?
A: Whether you plan to kart Indoor or Outdoor always wear trainers or a similar flat-soled shoe. High Heels, Sandals are not allowed because of safety reasons. Protective clothing is provided and Waterproofs if the weather dictates.
We always recommend casual clothing is worn because there is a small chance of clothing getting dirty from grease or potentially wet from rain.
Q: What is a provisional hold or booking?
A: If you are interested in a particular karting slot we will offer you a Provisional Hold on that specific slot. Where we have made a provisional booking we will honour this for three days unless we have specifically told you otherwise.
Often with short notice events this is not possible and we will try to contact you before releasing your interest / “hold”.
Q: What happens if it rains or snows?
A: The race proceeds as usual. Protective clothing is provided. As the circuit is wet and you are driving on slick tyres the driving has to be skilled and the conditions become fun – power slides and skids are common. Some people prefer it in the wet!
Q: Can I confirm numbers before proceeding?
A: We will hold your slot for 3 days while you confirm the date, slot time and numbers. Once numbers are known we will invoice you accordingly.
Q: Why is my arrival time 30 mins earlier than my event?
A: Your event time is the time you are booked on track. The arrival time is earlier because we have to explain the safety, kart and race aspects to your group before you race.
Q: How do I secure my slot?
A: An event is only ever guaranteed once a 50% deposit is paid. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your actual event.

- Brag, chat and socialise in the bar or restaurant
